Old Town Blocks is a multi use retail space, made out of shipping containers, in Leicester City Centre. This brand needed a flexible identity that felt authentic to the diverse city.
Old Town Blocks
Inspired by the diverse range of people in Leicester and the patterns from their cultures, I created a series of symbols. These sit in a neat grid system that is easily adaptable across all touchpoints.
A series of unique letterforms curated from photographs I took of the Leicester City area. Always linking the meaning of the design back to the city the brand will live in.
